Once again, in order to better communicate with the parents of students competing in the Speech and Debate program and reduce the yearlong paper chase, the coaches have decided this year to notify you of all the tournaments well in advance. Please follow the links for the annual permission ad indemnity forms, print out both, and fill them out. Please also take this opportunity to talk with your son about his academic schedule, his workload, and your expectations and then have him return them to Mrs. Jones in the Debate Office as soon as possible.
Ok. Here it is. The moment we've all been waiting for. That's right... *drumroll*.........The ONLINE FORMS!
- The Auto Waiver.
- The uber-permission slip.
- The uber-indemnity form.
- The Driving Form.
The first form is the permission slip for every tournament this school year. The second form is the indemnity letter for every tournament this school year. For the permission slip, check the boxes for the tournaments you're allowed to attend. For the indemnity form, initial the tournaments.
Since we can't verify signatures online, and since who needs trees anyway, PLEASE PRINT THESE FORMS OUT, get them signed, and return them to the debate office.
To download the files, right-click the link and select 'save as...' or 'save link to disk...'*. Then select a location for the file and save it.
